Diversity & Inclusion Policy

Our commitment

FRA Services Ltd is committed to promoting equality of opportunity and treating everyone we work with — employees, subcontractors, clients and building occupants — fairly and with respect, regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage or civil partnership, pregnancy or maternity, race, religion or belief, sex, or sexual orientation.

Scope

This policy applies to how we recruit and employ people, how we engage subcontractors, and how we deliver services to clients and interact with building occupants during site visits.

Recruitment & employment

Recruitment, training and any future promotion decisions are based on merit, skills and experience. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind, and any concerns raised are taken seriously and investigated.

Delivering our services

Fire risk assessments and surveys often involve visiting buildings used by a wide range of people. We aim to communicate findings clearly and accessibly, and to be considerate of the needs of building occupants — including those with disabilities or language barriers — when carrying out site visits and preparing reports, in particular where Personal Emergency Evacuation Plans are being assessed.

Raising concerns

Anyone who feels they have experienced or witnessed discrimination in connection with our business is encouraged to raise it with us at info@fra-services.co.uk. All concerns are treated confidentially and taken seriously.

Review

This policy is reviewed periodically to ensure it remains fit for purpose as the business grows.
