Anti-Slavery Statement
Our commitment
FRA Services Ltd has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business relationships, and to putting effective systems and controls in place to guard against any form of modern slavery taking place within our own business or our supply chains.
This statement is published voluntarily. The formal reporting duty under section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 applies only to organisations with a turnover above £36 million, which is above our current size — we publish this statement anyway because we believe the commitment matters regardless of company size.
Our business & supply chains
FRA Services Ltd is a fire risk assessment and fire safety consultancy operating across the UK. Our supply chain is limited in scale and mainly consists of subcontracted assessors and surveyors, equipment and PPE suppliers, and professional services (such as insurance, accountancy and IT).
Due diligence
We take steps appropriate to our size to reduce the risk of modern slavery in our business and supply chains, including:
- Working with subcontractors and suppliers who we know and can verify, rather than anonymous or unchecked labour sources.
- Paying subcontractors and suppliers fairly and on agreed terms.
- Raising concerns directly with any supplier or partner if labour practices seem questionable.
Raising concerns
Any employee, subcontractor or member of the public who has concerns about modern slavery or human trafficking connected to our business is encouraged to raise them with us directly at info@fra-services.co.uk. Concerns will be taken seriously and treated confidentially.
Training & awareness
Those involved in engaging subcontractors or suppliers on our behalf are made aware of the signs of modern slavery and labour exploitation, and of this statement.
Review
This statement is reviewed annually and updated as the business grows.
